A beautiful and inviting studio located above the new Blue Moon Evolution restaurant in downtown Exeter, New Hampshire and home of the YogaLife Institute. Our mission is to connect our community to the teachings of Classical Yoga through ongoing Yoga classes, workshops, retreats, and teacher training programs. Our teachings incorporate the study of Yoga postures, breath, relaxation and meditation, with an overall focus on Yoga philosophy and lifestyle.
Although Yoga is best known for its postures, this is only a small part of Yoga. By applying awareness to our practice of postures, Yoga becomes more than just physical exercise. It becomes a process of personal growth and self-discovery. By making Yoga philosophy applicable to real life in today's world, our students leave class with an effective understanding of what it means to be healthy, to relax, to live in the full awareness of each moment and to fully enjoy their lives.
We welcome you to our community and invite you to join a class, workshop, or training program. With our open drop-in policy, you have the opportunity to explore Yoga with the guidance of any of our instructors. All are certified and registered through Yoga Alliance, and all are dedicated to living a Yoga lifestyle. Opportunities are available for students of all ages and abilities, including children and prenatal women. Our workshops allow students to learn more about Yoga practice and philosophy, offering a unique opportunity to expand your personal experience with Yoga and enrich your life outside the studio.
For students seeking to take their Yoga practice to the next level--studying within a community of like-minded people--or who wish to teach Yoga and meditation, we offer 200 and 500 hour Classical Yoga Teacher Training, through the YogaLife Institute.
Our community continues to grow and give back to the studio via classes, workshops and events that incorporate their living of Yoga as well as their own unique interests and skills in topics including physical health (Ayurveda, cleansing, nutrition, anatomy and physiology of Yoga poses, energetic anatomy, chakras, Reiki, stress reduction, relaxation), mental health (psychology, relationships, work, positive thinking, mind-body connection) and spiritual health (community building, prayer, meditation, self-care, nature experiences, art, and music/chanting).
We look forward to meeting you. Yoga is a powerful journey. Together, we can travel the path to better health, a better understanding and a better life.
Namaste.
