with Deborah Sisson, RYT
In this workshop we drink from the deep well of yoga by exploring its unique fusion of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual expansion.
Our middle and later years offer us the profound gift of reappraisal and reawakening of our life's meaning. As we practice physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation approaches we allow our spirit to access our natural inner peace and harmony. Yoga invites us to journey with acceptance, gratitude, and celebration of our decades of challenges and successes. Our bodies may wrinkle but our wisdom is luminous when we pay attention to it.
We will navigate the terrain of our layers of being, or Koshas as they are named in yoga philosophy, to gain insight into their connectedness. Our destination will be to experience the timeless bliss of wholeness and integration of our sheaths of individual Self into a greater reality.
All levels of yoga experience are welcome.
