with Pam Leibowitz, RYT

It's time to think spring and think golf! Bring your game to the next level by exercising the mind to visualize, relaxation to stay calm, and breathing to remain focused. Avoiding frustration and thinking positive is what golf is all about. Many golfers think they can improve their swing by constantly going to the driving range, but to really improve your game you need to improve your body strength, flexibility, and balance. All of these can be achieved through yoga postures. I will show you a warm up you can do at home before your round as well as on the course. You do not need previous Yoga experience and if you are not a golfer come anyway and explore this mind body connection through Yoga.
Pam Leibowitz has been a resident of Hampton for the past 18 years with her husband and family of three dogs. She is a graduate of the YogaLife Institute's 200-hour Classical Yoga Teacher Training program. "Through Yoga I have learned to appreciate the beauty that surrounds me on the golf course." A member of Abenaqui Country Club and a past member of Breakfast Hill Golf Club. Her job as a corporate flight attendant has given her the privilege to play on golf courses all over the country.
This workshop is eligible for 2 Classical Yoga teacher training hours or CEU credits.
